Aeron - Air Combat Maneuver Simulator
It has joystick input, network multiplayer, advanced AI, relatively realistic dynamics (no, nowhere near as good as commercial simulators, but it certainly ain't no HAWX or Ace Combat.), and even records to TacView ACMI format.
