Tiberium, Electronic Arts' squad-based FPS Command & Conquer spin-off, was recently delayed into 2009, but it seems that still wasn't enough time to get the game finished up to EA's standards -- the publisher has confirmed with Kotaku that Tiberium is officially canceled.

Command and Conquer: Red Alert was developed and published by EA Mobile for iPhone on November 1. Retails for $9.99. A copy of the game was provided by the publisher for reviewing purposes. Completed the game's campaign and played skirmish modes.
