Charr & Humans in the same guild

If the Charr and humans are still hating each other, according to the guildwars 2 wiki even more than before, why are they in the same guilds as each other? I could see some guilds having a shared interest, but more often, you would expect them to be polarized. Does anyone else besides me think...
