This recent announcement, while unfortunate, should surprise almost no one. In early July of this year, Flagship made "significant staff cuts," despite previously denying such claims. A few days later, the company closed its doors and lost ownership of both Hellgate: London and Mythos....

Hellgate: London getting another chance
Following creator Flagship Studios' shutdown, it was left to live on as a free-to-play MMO in Korea. Korean game publisher HanbitSoft, however, is apparently going to try bringing Hellgate: London to a worldwide audience again.
