Did Runescape Use To Be Friendlier?

It occurs to me that RuneScape used to be considerably friendlier. Cute, huh? sigh.* I really miss the old RuneScape.. And I miss the old team that actually listened to you, the old Jagex that would take your Customer Support and actually put some effort fourth.. This new one just feels souless.
