Patch: Wii homebrew - Wii-Tac-Toe v0.3

Version 0.3 of the homebrew tic-tac-toe game for the Wii is now compatible with Homebrew Channel beta 9. This is just a compatibility update, so there aren't any changes to the gameplay or any new features.
