The good news is that the weight I lost from my “Wii Fit Diet” still seems to be gone, despite only sporadic exercising. I weighed in at 220 yesterday, which is 18 lbs down from where I started and 5 lbs down from my last post. The exercises on Wii Fit have kind of become repetitive and boring to me, so I’ve decided to just do Free Step and watch a movie for half an hour while I do it, in the morning after breakfast, rather than at night. I’m switching to morning because I tend to feel really tired at night and then want to skip the exercise. Good luck to all you newbies who just bought a Wii Fit for Christmas. Stay committed… work out every day and eat healthy. You’ll lose weight, and hopefully, like me, you’ll keep it off. It DOES work. I do no other exercise besides...
