Started my day with My Routine, consisting of Palm Tree, Triangle, Torso Twists, Jackknifes, Side Lunge. This popped me 28kcal in 10 minutes, leaving time for a quick three minute round of Rhythm Boxing for an additional 19kcal. Then I went to work. By the way. 21.84 BMI, Wii Fit Age of 19 20.
So for Sunday morning, my second day, I set up my own Wii Fit Plus routine. This let me select basic Yoga and Strength training exercises and run through them all. No points, no scoring, no balance analysis, just start to finish on exercises and Yoga. That ran me a good 13 minutes.
Later in the day I burned a few minor calories playing balance games, including Balance Bubble, Ski Slalom, and Tightrope Walk. Then I did some strength exercises to burn a bit more off, starting wit 10 rep Push-ups and Side Plank and 30 second Plank, giving 11kcal and 4kcal.
Finished up Thursday Night with Wii Fit Plus Routines. I went through Relax, Leaner Mii, Posture, and the entire Figure column. This made the second time I totally finished the Guru Meditation exercise (Lotus Focus), damn is that hard.
