The start of the Wii fitness regimen - 82 Views

I am now two weeks into my Wii Fit fitness regimen and am feeling pretty good about it.
So far, I've lost 2.7 pounds, which is alright … I guess.
I've unlocked almost all of the exercises in Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics and Balance Games. Unlocking new exercises and doing the suggested combination exercises is very motivating. Also, due to my competitive personality type, I find that I'm also constantly trying to beat my records and improve my performance of certain exercises.
