wii is the #3 Blogger for Wii Fit
So for Sunday morning, my second day, I set up my own Wii Fit Plus routine. This let me select basic Yoga and Strength training exercises and run through them all. No points, no scoring, no balance analysis, just start to finish on exercises and Yoga. That ran me a good 13 minutes.
