Started my day with My Routine, consisting of Palm Tree, Triangle, Torso Twists, Jackknifes, Side Lunge. This popped me 28kcal in 10 minutes, leaving time for a quick three minute round of Rhythm Boxing for an additional 19kcal. Then I went to work.

By the way.  21.84 BMI, Wii Fit Age of 19 20.
