Later in the day I burned a few minor calories playing balance games, including Balance Bubble, Ski Slalom, and Tightrope Walk. Then I did some strength exercises to burn a bit more off, starting wit 10 rep Push-ups and Side Plank and 30 second Plank, giving 11kcal and 4kcal.
