The next World of Warcraft patch - 2.1.3 is up and about on the Public Test Realm (PTR). Primarily, client patch 2.1.3 deals with aesthetic issues and also some minor bugs. Blizzard poster Hortus (QA) posted the patch notes on the WoW Forums.
